If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

  •  Choose the product.Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.
  • Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon..
  • To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
  • Select your payment method and enter all the necessary information.
  • Place Order
  • Check your mailbox – you should receive an order confirmation email.

Usually your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after placing your order (subject to card clearance and stock availability).

Also, depending on your location and shipping option, your delivery times may vary.

Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse and begun the delivery process, we will send you another email with a final confirmation and tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the stages of delivery on the shipping companies website for an estimate on when your product will arrive.

Making changes to your order

If it’s still early in the order process, you can get in touch to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can also cancel your order and place a new one with the items you want.

Typically, you have up to 30 minutes to cancel your order after your submission.

Cancel your order

You can usually cancel your order immediately after it’s placed, before the order is too far along in the process.

To cancel your order:

  1. Click Menu .
  2. Click Orders.
    •  If your order can still be canceled, you’ll see the Cancel order option. Then, you can place a new order and choose from the available delivery options.
    • If you don’t see an option to cancel, it means your order is too far along in the process. In some cases, we may be able to reach the seller in time to cancel your order.

You can return the ordered goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. To return the goods, you can do so as a registered customer, in your user account. If you are not a registered customer, please notify us of the return of the merchandise via the email contact@rhtraderz.com

Unfortunately, it isn’t. Our store is dispersed across different places (i.e. there is a shop office in one place, cash registers and Accounting Department in another and our warehouse still somewhere else), and it does not allow for the items to be picked up and paid for individually.
